Role Overview
As Business Operations Manager, you are part of the operational backbone of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus and move fast. You streamline internal processes, keep projects and people aligned, and create structures that enable us to scale. You play a key role in business development, driving new revenue opportunities, and leading funding, grant, and strategic initiatives.
Role Overview
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic and operational support of company leadership
- Technical project coordination and management
- Lead funding, grant and strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Engineering Management, or a related technical or management field, or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and customer-facing work
- 3+ years of experience in software development environments, including hands-on involvement with technical project management or coordination of software‑driven initiatives
Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Relevant work experience in consulting, start-up or business development
- Hands‑on experience preparing or managing grant and funding applications, including research, writing, and documentation
- Practical knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking
